Valve processing

A damaged valve in the valve seat or body often requires immediate attention. With our mobile valve machining centers we can machine the valve on site. For larger valves, we have a CNC-controlled machine that can be programmed to do tasks that are otherwise very difficult or take a long time to perform. This machine can run both conical and radial geometries without problems. It can also perform tasks in places where you cannot see with human eyes.

We have a number of different valve machining centers covering
– Machining Ø0-800
– Clamping 0-1100 mm
– Machining depth 0-600 mm

We can tension in existing stud holes, with chain tensioning or using specially designed tensioning rings.
