No one is a specialist in all areas and often service on site, service and maintenance must be carried out on site.

Jergo has great expertise in mobile processing and can therefore be the best option in many situations, when viewed from an economic, time and technical perspective.

We have a flexible and experienced organization, which can quickly be on site to perform service and maintenance, according to the customer’s wishes.

Cutting & jointing of pipes

If you are replacing a component of a piping system or need to replace entire piping systems, mobile machining is a good method, especially if the pipes are thick-walled.

Repair of heat exchangers

We perform leak detection, plugging, pipe pulling and pipe rolling. We also offer flattening/milling of tube plates and torque pulling/bolt stretching.

Bolted joints

There is an increasing focus on the correct installation and tensioning of bolted joints. We specialize in controlled bolt tensioning both in terms of torque tools or bolt tensioners.

Joint preparation

When only joint preparation or flattening is required, we have machines with internal clamping in the pipe.

Milling flat & circular

Do you need to align an engine foundation or a pump foundation? Or do you need to mill another surface on site? With our mobile milling beds, we can bring the milling cutter to the workpiece instead of the other way around. Circular milling cutters are also available.

Drilling & hole making

We have powerful electric and hydraulic drills that can drill holes up to Ø700 mm.

Shaft machining

We have shaft turning machines with a slim design for tight spaces. Easy mounting on the shaft by fixing the machine to the end of the shaft. Working range of Ø40-610 mm. To restore keyways, we use keyway cutters that are also easily mounted on the shaft.

Flange machining

We can perform on-site machining with different types of equipment, both machines that clamp internally or externally on the flange. We can also clamp machines in tube sheets and perform backfacing.

Arboring

Our mobile arborists offer superior performance. With high removal rates, easy-to-handle design and flexible mounting brackets, most jobs are completed quickly. The working range extends from Ø65-3000 mm.

Valve processing

With our mobile valve machining centers we can machine the valve on site. For larger valves, we have a CNC-controlled machine that can be programmed to do tasks that are otherwise very difficult or take a long time to perform. This machine can run both conical and radial geometries without problems.

Customized solutions

Finding good solutions to our customers' technical problems has always motivated us. If we need to adapt the equipment for an assignment, we have skilled designers and we are well aware of the high quality and safety requirements that are set in the industries today.
