Lap blocks are simple and easy-to-use tools. They allow preventive maintenance of sealing surfaces on smaller components at a lower cost. Your maintenance department performs manual lapping/polishing to repair the worn sealing surfaces of e.g. pump parts or safety valve plugs.
They are available in four different variants:
LamBlock Blue, Ø300 mm, 9-25 µ
LamBlock Green, Ø300 mm, 6-15 µ
LamBlock Yellow, Ø300 mm, ≤ 6 µ
LamBlock Triblock, consisting of 3 smaller lip blocks with Ø140 mm,
1 Blue 9-25 µ, 1 Green 6-15 µ and 1st Yellow ≤ 6 µ.
They come in a storage bag complete with diamond stick and lip fluid.
