EST High Lift Flange Weld test plug

Great tool for welding flanges on pipes without much effort.
Sizes 3/4" to 42" Schedule 40 and Schedule 80. Available for both RF and RTJ flanges. Install the new pipe flange onto the plug flange. Install the plug in the pipe and expand the seal. Monitor any gas behind the plug. Purge shielding gas into the space between the flange and the seal. Weld. Pressure test the weld and remove the plug.
