The HTI CTP-100 is a compact air-powered hydraulic pump designed to deliver high-pressure oil to hydraulic bolt tensioners and hydraulic nuts. The pump provides stable and reliable pressure build-up, making it ideal for critical bolted joints where high precision and repeatable results are essential.

The CTP-100 in our rental fleet is designed for a maximum working pressure of 1,500 bar (21,750 psi). The pump is powered by compressed air and delivers the high hydraulic pressure required for safe and efficient bolt tensioning, while its compact design makes it easy to transport and use even in tight spaces.

The pump comes in a sturdy carrying case that protects the equipment during transport and makes it easier to handle on the job site. It is equipped with a glycerin-filled stainless steel pressure gauge and comes calibrated to ensure reliable pressure readings and high accuracy with every use.
