Efco TD – mobile lathes
The TD machines are used for machining valve seats, valve bodies, pumps, holes and flanges. The machines have automatic feeding both axially and radially.

The TD machines are used for machining valve seats, valve bodies, pumps, holes and flanges. The machines have automatic feeding both axially and radially. The machines can also machine cylindrical surfaces such as bearing positions and thus also be used as boring mills. These machines are suitable for on-site work in, for example, the power, petrochemical, paper, oil and gas and shipbuilding industries.
- The machines have high stability even at larger cutting depths
- Variable automatic feed both axially and radially, the smaller machines have manual feed
- Hand control for operation, and manual fine adjustment can be done via the gearbox
- Ideal for recreating the geometry of valve seats
- Tool holders adapted for standard square inserts
- Optional extension of the maximum working depth
As standard, these machines cover a working range of turning diameter 0-1250 mm and a working depth up to max. 1000 mm.
The maximum working depth can be extended.
