EFCO CNC-controlled machines

The EFCO TD-CNC and TDF-CNC are a further developed version of the TD and TDF machines. The machines are CNC-controlled and can machine both radii and conical surfaces. All operations can be performed manually from the control panel or automatically in one cycle. These machines have external clamping and are suitable for on-site work on valves, flanges, pumps and turbine housings where there are requirements for advanced machining.

The TD-CNC series consisting of 3 different machine sizes is suitable for valve machining while the TDF-CNC series consisting of 2 different machine sizes is with its low overall height and large radial stroke suitable for machining flanges.

• The machines have 2 CNC-controlled axes, X-joint and Z-joint.
• They are equipped with standard programs for machining flat surfaces, conical surfaces, holes, radii and grooves.
• Possible to perform different machining cycles in the same clamping.
• The machine is designed for large working depths, even in a horizontal position.
• Easy to assemble/disassemble for checking and replacing inserts, for example.
• Easy to use, no previous knowledge of CNC programming required.
• Possible to supplement with customer-specific programs for processing complex contours.

These 5 machines together cover a turning diameter of 0-1500 mm and a working depth between 0-1000 mm.
