PL2000 - Compact, powerful and precise

With a 0.45 kW electric motor and 5.5:1 gear ratio, the machine has plenty of power to get the job done. If that's not enough, there's a pneumatic option with a full 0.91 kW.

The machine has a stroke length of 317.5 mm and is equipped with a boring head for fine adjustment of the cutter 0.0254 mm incrementally.

With PL2000 you have the possibility to machine shafts from Ø38.1-228.6 mm.

It is a compact machine that has the ability to perform machining with only 177.8 mm turning radius for shafts up to Ø127 mm.

The machine is equipped with automatic axial feed and is adjustable 0-0.89 mm/rev.

Quick and easy assembly

The machine is mounted at the end of the shaft, simply dismantle the gear, drive or bearing to access the shaft end. Drill and thread 4 holes in the end of the shaft to attach the adapter plate. For axles with a diameter below 95.3 mm, mounting via the 1-bolt adapter plate is sufficient.

The machine is then assembled, centered and aligned using adjusting screws before processing can begin.

PL3000 - Robust, powerful and precise

With this machine, you machine large shafts and rolls by mounting the machine directly on the workpiece and letting it rotate around the shaft.

Robust, reliable, powerful and precise, this machine can eliminate hours of disassembly and transportation of equipment necessary to get the job done.

With a sturdy and solid lathe boom, well-balanced counterweight in the machine body, you get smooth machining with minimal vibration even at maximum reach. The motor and planetary gearbox give you enough torque to cut up to 3,175 mm of metal so you can get the job done quickly. The 2.3 kW electric motor is clearly preferable, of course there is a pneumatic option with 0.91 kW.

The machine has a standard stroke of 406.4 mm with accessories, the stroke can be extended to 558.6 mm.

With PL3000 you have the possibility to machine shafts from Ø101.6-285.8 mm.

It is a compact machine that has the ability to perform machining with only 212.75 mm turning radius and requires only 914.4 mm free space from the end of the axis.

The machine is equipped with automatic axial feed that is adjustable 0.076-0.279 mm/rev in the form of 7 steps.

PL4000 - Robust, powerful and precise

This machine performs large jobs where space is limited, it mounts directly on the end of the shaft, requires minimal swing space and you have the ability to machine both cylindrical and tapered shafts. The lathe boom is easily adjusted depending on reach, lathe diameter and any obstacles.

With PL4000 you have the possibility to machine shafts from Ø203.2-609.6 mm depending on the choice of equipment.

The machine has a stroke of 628.6 mm, 685.8 mm with options, and can machine tapered shafts with a pitch of up to 63.5 mm per 304.8 mm of diameter.

Relative to its size, the machine only requires a turning radius of 370.8 mm and only 153 mm radius around the axis for the lathe boom to rotate freely.

The machine is equipped with pneumatic motor and automatic axial feed which is adjustable 0. -0.508 mm/rev incrementally.
