Climax BW machines for welding on

Climax automated welding machines are designed to fit arbor clamping fixtures, providing easy clamping for both welding and machining. High quality welding on holes, flanges and in valves. The BW machines can of course also be used for ordinary clamping without the need for a drill rig.

Climax BW1000 automatic spiral welder
For welding on holes with an inner diameter of 22.4-533 mm depending on the choice of equipment, there are also accessories for welding, for example, axle journals. Feed is via trapezoidal thread, fixed feed of 3.2 mm/rev, the machine has a 228.6 mm stroke.
Easily connected to your existing MIG welding power source with wire feeder.

Climax BW2600 automatic spiral/circular welder
For welding on holes with an inner diameter of 22.4-635 mm depending on the choice of equipment. The feed rate is adjustable between 1.27-5.08 mm/rev, the machine has 228.6 mm stroke. Climax BW2600 has the possibility of locking the feed, which enables fully circular welding for good start / finish of the hole. BW2600 is also equipped with skip/fill function to be able to jump over wedge tracks, the welding nozzle rotates 360° and welds / jumps over the section set by the operator. The direction of rotation can be reversed, which streamlines the welding of your holes. For BW2600 there are also accessories for welding flat surfaces, outside on axle journals or conical surfaces such as valve seats.
Easily connected to your existing MIG welding power source with wire feeder, requires burnback function to be able to use skip/fill.

Climax BW3000 automatic spiral/circular welder
For welding on holes with an inner diameter of 22.4-1371.6 mm depending on the choice of equipment. The feed rate is adjustable between 1.0-5.6 mm/rev, there are 2 different versions of BW3000 with 152.4 mm or 304.8 mm stroke. The Climax BW3000 welding head has an offset function that simplifies centering without changing the angle of the welding nozzle, which always results in the optimal angle of the welding nozzle, an important factor for welding holes.
Climax BW3000 is equipped with 3 distinct functions;

Auto-skip mode to be able to skip keyways, for example, the welding nozzle rotates 360°.
Pie-mode streamlines the repair of damaged/oval holes, welding the section selected by the welder in both directions.
Carriage-return-mode is similar to Pie-mode but only welds upwards or downwards in horizontal position.
The direction of rotation can be reversed, which makes the welding of your holes more efficient. For BW 3000, there are also accessories for welding flat surfaces, on the outside of shaft journals, or conical surfaces such as valve seats.
It is recommended to buy a wire feeder and power source to be able to use all the electronic functions that BW3000 has.

Climax BW5000 automatic spiral/circular welder
This welding equipment is made for the bigger welding jobs, with Climax BW5000 you can weld holes with internal diameter between 304.8-3657.6 mm.
There are 5 machine choices with different stroke lengths from 254.0-1270.0 mm.
The feed rate is adjustable between 3.175-8.89 mm/rev.
Climax BW5000 can weld up to 5.45 kg of material per hour, hour after hour.
