Flange machining

A damaged gasket face is usually a major problem. The flange may be mounted so that it cannot be dismantled and transported to the workshop. With our portable lathes, we can instead machine the flanges on site. The larger machines can be equipped with a milling head for fast removal. Typical applications for flange turning are heat exchangers, pipe flanges, manhole covers, slewing rings, etc.

We can perform on-site machining with different types of equipment, both machines that clamp internally or externally on the flange. We can also clamp machines in tube sheets and perform backfacing.

The working range for internal clamping is 0-5000 mm.

The working range for external clamping is 50-1016 mm.
