Most companies require annual calibration of torque tools. At our calibration center, we can calibrate torque tools from 0.2 Nm and up. We have equipment for both static and dynamic calibration, ensuring that different types of torque tools are calibrated under the right conditions. We work according to the standards EN 837-1, EN ISO 6789 and EN ISO/IEC 17025. All our calibration equipment has traceability certificates according to the applicable standards. In addition, we test bolt tensioners, cylinders and jacks and calibrate pressure gauges up to 1500 bar. To make it easier for you to keep track of calibration intervals, we register your equipment in ReadUnit. ReadUnit informs you when your equipment was last calibrated and reminds you via the app or email when it is time for recalibration.
Calibration certificate
When you choose to calibrate your equipment with us, you will receive a calibration certificate with full traceability. The certificate contains information about the calibration equipment, the test conditions, the measured values and the name of the technician who performed the calibration. Depending on the type of equipment, the certificate may also contain auxiliary tables and/or graphs to facilitate live settings. In addition to the calibration certificate, you will also receive the corresponding certificate when testing bolt tensioners, cylinders or jacks.
We can calibrate the following:
Dynamic tensioners up to 7000 Nm Tools that rotate continuously until the trigger is released. Examples include battery-powered, electric-powered and pneumatic tools.
Static tensioners up to 25000 Nm Tools that require re-starting for continuous tightening. Examples of this are hydraulic tools.
