MAUS products
MaTIG 501 is a fully automatic TIG orbital welding system from MAUS Italia, designed to meet the increasing demands for quality and repeatability in tube to tube sheet welding. The system offers competitive costs and significant time savings in production.
MaTIG 501 enables a fully automated welding cycle, reducing production costs and increasing efficiency through fast and accurate positioning, easy programming and optimization of the welding cycle. The new welding torch allows the adjustment of the welding geometry with a single key, making the setting more intuitive and stable.
With digital management of the torch movement parameters, the system can achieve speeds above 10 rpm, enabling faster production times without compromising quality. The MaTIG 501 uses an exclusive FOCS2 centering system that ensures the highest precision in the welding geometries.
The system is also equipped with an efficient water cooling system inside the welding torch, allowing continuous use in 24/7 shifts. In addition, the system has an integrated rotating protection system that protects the interior of the tube during welding, further improving the quality and durability of the finished products.

Tube rolling
MAUS Italia is a company specialized in the production of tube expanders/tube rolling. The R series, manufactured exclusively by MAUS Italia, is characterized by its expansion range, reliability and performance.
A tube roller is a tool made of heat-treated alloy steel and is characterized by its wear and resistance. It consists of four main parts: the roll body, the mandrels, the rolls and the backing.
The pipe expansion operation is a cold mechanical deformation process that creates a tight seal between the pipe and the pipe plate.
The R series includes several models adapted to different needs. The 3 rollers are adjustable in depth and are used for rolling tubes in heat exchangers and boilers, and can be operated with MAUS Italia’s electric or pneumatic torque-controlled rolling machines.
